3… 2… 1… darkness.
That’s what it felt like when I tried to end my life.
Not just once. Multiple times.
The swirling black hole of depression kept coming back—until I finally stopped pretending it didn’t exist.
For years, I lived in self-doubt and self-deprecation. Anytime I showed promise or talent, I pulled back and sabotaged it.
Afraid of becoming someone who mattered.
Everything from the outside seemed fine, but on the inside? I was fighting a vicious battle with myself.
I didn’t know how to die. But I didn’t know how to live, either.
So I asked myself: What the hell am I supposed to do with this life I didn’t want… but still had?
I grew up in the 80s. Back then, masculinity meant being tough, silent, and emotionally bulletproof.
But that wasn’t me.
I was sensitive. Intuitive. Emotional.
And I spent years trying to hide it.
after another failed suicide attempt.
I had what I now know was a “dark night of the soul” moment. Something cracked open inside me, and I chose to make a new path.
That path led me to spiritual growth, personal development, energy work, and emotional healing.
I became a coach. A healer. A teacher.
This snowballed into something so much bigger than myself.
From wanting to jump off buildings to end my life to bungee jumping in Africa to celebrate life…
Instead, I started letting it fuel my evolution.
And now?
I help other men do the same.
Through coaching, energy work, community mentorship, and my podcast, Real Men Feel, I equip men with the tools to reconnect with their truth, reclaim their purpose, and rise into lives that truly feel like their own.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
So if you’ve been living on autopilot, shrinking into silence, or wondering when it’s finally going to feel better—
I’ve got good news…
You don’t need to prove you need to be here.
Life is beautiful, bright, and joyous, and the pie is big enough for
everyone to have a slice.
If you’re ready, just say when.

I show up as I am, and I invite others to do the same. No masks, no bending—just truth.

Men deserve to feel. I help dismantle the shame around emotion so that joy, grief, anger, and love all have space to breathe.

Every practice I offer is something that changed my life first. I never lead where I haven’t gone myself.

Transformation takes guts. I honor vulnerability as a brave act, not a weakness.

This work is bigger than me. I do it to make suicide rare, authenticity the norm, and healing accessible.

Daily practices are sacred. Change doesn’t come from a single breakthrough—it’s built through devotion.
